Kevin Smith is a south side native and 15-year hospitality veteran. After helping establish some of the most notable restaurants around Richmond during its dining Renaissance, he made the move cross-country to Napa, CA. There, he explored all that the beautiful state of California had to offer while running one of the busiest dining rooms in the Napa Valley. The pull of family and Richmond brought him back east, where he now lives blocks away from his sister and nephews.

His foray into the wedding industry revealed a passion for helping people during a key moment in their lives, leading to him joining the Cowart Team. After working closely with couples to make sure their big day was better than they ever could have imagined, Kevin is ready to work to help you realize your dream of home ownership. A lifelong puzzle nerd, he enjoys diving into the many moving parts of a mortgage to find the best fit for every client.

In the summer you can find Kevin at the Byrd Park tennis courts or hanging on the Mobjack Bay with his family. Hot yoga helps him get through the winters as he still sometimes longs for that California sunshine.
