Allison settled down in Louisa County after leaving Germany and the US Army. She has a degree in Small Business Management from American Military University, was a small business owner for many years, and helped run a family business. Her background is in Certifications, Regulations, and training for contractors, tradesmen and roadway inspection crews, as well as a fleet management.  This combined background of business owner and administration provides a unique skill set to assist The Cowart Team by ensuring the office is running smoothly, planning client and referral partner events and handling the one-off, unplanned tasks that always arise in this fast-paced industry.  

When Allison isn’t handling ‘chaos kitten’ tasks, she’s usually painting or doing some craft under the watchful (and judgmental) eye of her Manx cat, Mila, and the various stray kitties that found the cat door to her house. She’s also participated in many Rugged Maniac races, attends First Friday’s in downtown RVA, and goes to all the street festivals.
